Industrial Engineering (IE) Director

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

IE Standardization System Construction (30%)

• Establish, review and manage IE standards procedures and guide the team to comply.
• Set up and maintain IE standards: including standard capacity, standard working hours, standard manpower calculation system formulation, etc.
• Lead the team to realize IE team targets.
• Train, develop and guide subordinates.
• Identify elements of improvements and assign right people to lead the improvement projects.

Manufacturing Cost Reduction (20%)

• Plan manufacturing budget, review product standard cost, monitor, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost.
• Break down quarterly/monthly cost management objectives, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost.
• Review actual cost vs. budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
