Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities Responsible for Technical Support of operations and Industrial Engineering
Support analysis and handling of daily process issues in the production line related to yield, quality and consistency of final product
Participate in system engineering during the product design process (DFM) Plan, build and start up new production lines (NPI)
Plan and purchase equipment with a variety of functions/processing stages, participation in the design of new machines and systems
Responsible for product life cycle management in production, implementation of product and process changes
Develop manufacturing methods and design enhancements to sustain and improve efficiencies, reliability of process and products
Create and maintain production documentation (work instructions, routings, maintenance checklist) for operation team to produce consistent, repeatable products
Second level machine troubleshooting
Managing of investment costs and production expenses
