**Description:** **Your Impact:**
You will be the Industrial Engineer Staff (Level 4) for the F-35 Final Assembly team which is responsible for integrating functional Industrial Engineering solutions, developing production plans, and leading shop‑floor continuous‑improvement activities.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
As the Industrial Engineer Staff (Level 4) you will be responsible for analyzing production health, driving automation, mentoring a small team of shop‑floor IEs, and collaborating with Production Management and support functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and develop production plans and health metrics for the F‑35 Final Assembly line.
- Lead shop‑floor continuous‑improvement initiatives, applying automation techniques and advanced software tools.
