Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:



- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

- Design and implement workflow improvements and facility layouts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and product quality

- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining performance standards

- Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to support decision-making

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

- Develop technical documentation and performance reports

- Lead or contribute to process improvement and automation projects



Qualifications:



- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

- Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

- Skilled in simulation tools, and data analysis software

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skiills
