Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the majority of layout creation of the factory, and flexible to support capacity modeling.
• Lead and manage the layout of the factory and capacity.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Autocad, Microsoft office, and PowerBI.

Skills

• Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving.
• Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
• Initiate and drive meeting alignment with other departments.

Working Conditions

This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote.
