Overview

Raytheon ELCAN is a global leader in high‑precision optical systems. We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you will maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and ensure on‑time delivery for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive improvement through process and value‑stream mapping, line balancing, capacity analysis, factory layouts, lean manufacturing principles, and strategic planning for automation and capital expenditures.
• Develop production area models using process flows, value‑stream maps, Pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings to capture material flow, information exchange, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
