Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with the production teams and the manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment.
• Perform capacity analysis for the various production lines.
• Lead action plans to align capacity with manufacturing demand.
• Manage the implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects.
• Plan shop layout modifications for new equipment or equipment moves.
• Develop strategic plans, including core business definition and introduction of new machining and automation technologies aligned with Industry4.0 fundamentals.
• Analyze production problems and opportunities and propose solutions supporting business needs and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of engineering with 5years or more of experience in project management.
• Experience in a manufacturing company.
