Industrial Engineer to support efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations. In this role, you will act as the interface between R&D and production, focusing on serial production support, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support serial production and manage technical changes during the product lifecycle

Solve manufacturing and ERP-related issues proactively

Coordinate rework and scrapping activities

Prepare and analyze NVC (Net Variable Cost) calculations

Monitor manufacturing and material costs

Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Technical education in Industrial Management, Production Management, or similar

Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Good MS Office...
