Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies to define standard manufacturing hours and optimize workflows
• Design Value Stream Maps (VSM) and simulation models for process improvements
• Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects to eliminate waste and reduce costs
• Analyze production data to build dashboards and track performance metrics
• Develop learning curve models to support efficient production ramp-up.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resource readiness (manpower, equipment, space)
• Deliver actionable insights to enhance operational scalability and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
