Industrial Disease Fee Earner – We are currently recruiting for the lead Partner in the defendant industrial disease team of one of our ‘top tier’ clients. The successful candidate will operate mostly in an assisting capacity on complex, high-value cases as well as gradually developing their own caseload. Ideally candidates will have some disease experience, although the hiring manager is also willing to consider those with general litigation experience also.
