Overview

Production Assistant works underneath the Production Manager to ensure that a part of a project runs smoothly. Responsible for inter-department alignment of each project.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager on all project implementations and monitor existing projects around the production area.
• Request budget needed for ocular, delivery, installation, and any other actions that require a financial plan.
• Schedule oculars and site visits for the project before installation.
• Align all oculars, installations, and other mobilization schedules and request logistics support when needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners related to projects, recognizing essential vendors and collaborators necessary for project execution.
• Gather manpower given by the Production Manager and schedule meetings before installation.
