Mission

At Soucy, industrial designers play a key role in creating innovative products that push the boundaries of design and performance. At the heart of new recreational product development, you’ll transform ideas into concrete concepts that capture the imagination.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive the industrial design vision by developing innovative concepts (sketches and preliminary 3D models) and ensuring the design intent is maintained throughout projects
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners by participating in creative workshops, presenting concepts, and monitoring project progress
• Maintain a high level of innovation by researching competitor products, creating mood boards, and continuously monitoring design trends, innovation, and the competitive market.
