Job Description

As the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight, operation and maintenance of HVAC and associated industrial control systems supporting mission-critical facilities at Al Udeid Air Base. This position provides technical leadership to ICS technicians, ensures system availability and reliability, and maintains compliance with  Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, and host-nation standards.
The ICS Supervisor serves as the primary technical authority for Building Automation Systems (BAS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and HVAC control networks supporting base infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supervisory & Leadership
Supervise, train, and mentor ICS/HVAC control technicians
Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and prioritize work orders
