Industrial Automation Field Systems Engineer

Technical Solutions Inc is currently seeking an Industrial Automation Field Systems Engineer on behalf of our client, a manufacture with facilities in the Pittsburgh area. Field Service Engineers will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of our client's equipment as well as participate in working on small engineering projects of various degrees.
Duties:-Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.-Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.-Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs & internal service records in a timely manner.-Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.-Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, & system sales.-Emergency call out service on a rotating schedule.
