**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
The assembler is responsible for assembling industrial shredders and their sub-assemblies by following detailed drawings, written procedures, manufacturers’ recommendations, and verbal specifications. The role involves working with hydraulic and electric powered systems, performing inspections on parts to assess their condition, setting up systems for testing, breaking down and preparing systems for painting or shipment, as well as tearing down and inspecting rebuild systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and disassemble sub-components with precision.
+ Interpret and work with electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
+ Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems proficiently.
+ Understand bearings, seals, shafts, and other shredder components.
+ Operate assembly equipment such as torches, pneumatic tools, hydraulic jacks, grinders, and pipe fitting/cutting equipment.
