Join our team as a Heavy Industrial Assembler, where you will use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to assemble structural steel beams. Your role will involve inserting lugs and bolts to complete the beams for shipment, as well as grinding and polishing welds. You will also be responsible for general shop duties and upkeep.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble structural steel beams using hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
+ Insert lugs and bolts to finish beams for shipment.
+ Grind and polish welds to ensure quality.
+ Maintain the shop and perform general shop duties.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency with assembly and blueprint reading.
+ Experience in production and mechanical assembly.
+ Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
