Indoor/Outdoor Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Understand all products and services provided by TTF Marketing Holdings Sdn Bhd and able to explain to customers confidently about our brand.
• Convert leads into sales
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, Whatsapp and in-person.
• To monitor track sales leads and follow up with customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Resolve customer's issue and provide advisory to customers.
• Handle objections and customers complaint efficiently and professionally.
• Promote a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment towards customer satisfaction.
• To perform any other sales and marketing related duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
