Indoor Sales Executive

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and customer contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and product information.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Order Processing & Coordination

• Enter and process sales orders in the system
• Coordinate with project team, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock availability and delivery lead times.

Internal Support

• Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on leads.
• Track sales team KPIs and update dashboards as needed.
• Support in preparing tender documents or bids, if applicable.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all sales documents and records are accurately filed and archived.
• Assist in ensuring sales activities comply with company policies and customer requirements.
