Indoor Sales Assistant

Location: Klang, Bayu Tinggi
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday To Friday), 9am to 1pm (Saturday)
Salary: RM1, Commission

Job Scope

• Handle online enquiries (WhatsApp, social media, email)
• Attend to walk-in customers at the shop/office
• Handle phone call enquiries and follow up with customers
• Prepare quotations, invoices & sales orders
• Follow up on payments and customer confirmations
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Able to communicate well (BM & English; Mandarin is a plus)
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, email)
• Sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory
