Role Responsibilities:
- Source customers for Personal Loan / Business Loan – Micro segment
- Conduct field visits and generate business through local market sourcing
- Manage customer onboarding, documentation and login process
- Build strong relationships in assigned geography to drive business growth
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Micro Loans / PL / BL / MFI sales preferred
- Strong local market knowledge and field sales exposure
- relevant field sales experience may also apply
