Indirect Procurement Communication, Promotion & Services

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the procurement of goods and services for marketing activities (e.g., creative agencies, media buying, event organizers, merchandise, and digital advertising)
• Ensure the company achieves Best Value for Money through effective negotiations and proper vendor selection
• Execute indirect procurement activities for professional services related to industrial relations
• Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including request for quotation (RFQ), purchase order (PO) management, delivery monitoring, and payment support
• Ensure all procurement activities are accurate, timely, compliant with company policies, and aligned with procurement ethics

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Economic and Business, Communication, Industrial Engineering
