They help customers complete the financing of a vehicle by gathering missing information in the loan application through customer interviews, verifications of employment, and other inquiries. Working in a call center environment they communicate with customers listening and understanding their financial situation. Our Indirect Auto Loan Representatives in the auto purchase department exercise good judgment and discretion to facilitate business decisions, have strong product knowledge, multitask, and have excellent attention to detail skills.
