This role is more than recruitment—it is about walking alongside community members and job seekers, listening with intention, and providing hands-on coaching and support from first inquiry through to successful hiring. Working in collaboration with Indigenous partners, leaders, and communities, you will help create culturally safe, welcoming experiences that reflect Indigenous values and ways of knowing, while supporting a more representative and inclusive workforce across the Interior region.
