We are currently seeking an Indigenous Participation Manager to support the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project in anticipation of contract award. The LVCTS project will provide simulation and training support to the Canadian Army (CA) at five (5) sites located across Canada: Edmonton, Alberta; Shilo, Manitoba; Petawawa, Ontario; Valcartier, Quebec; and Gagetown, New Brunswick. The LVCTS project will train the CA on the three (3) main combat vehicles: the Leopard 2 Main Battle Tank (MBT), the Light Armoured Vehicle (LAV) 6.0, and the Tactical Armoured Patrol Vehicle (TAPV). Raytheon Canada, as the potential future Prime Contractor for the LVCTS project, will support all aspects of the program, including the execution of LVCTS’ Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP).
