About Waythrough

Waythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. We support around 125,000 people each year through nearly 200 services with 3,500 staff and volunteers.

Key Duties

• Undertake clinical assessments and prescribe in line with best practice.
• Develop and review person‑centred care plans.
• Deliver BBV testing, immunisation (including Hep B) and harm reduction interventions.
• Liaise with pharmacists and GPs to support shared care arrangements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and governance processes.
• Participate in CPD, supervision and service improvement activities.

About You

• Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification.
