Role
Joining the Inclusive Education Team you will contribute to the delivery of academic student success projects as part of the University’s Access and Participation Plan (APP). Key areas of work include the No Gaps project, decolonising and diversifying the curriculum, inclusive assessment and feedback, inclusive curriculum and pedagogies, and building student-led learning communities. You will have a commitment to student partnerships and to working collaboratively with academic departments to develop inclusive learning, teaching and assessment approaches.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
Knowledge and understanding of inclusive learning, teaching and assessment principles, pedagogic approaches and current research within an HE environment.

Knowledge of co-production principles and/or models and approaches to working with students as partners.
