Through a unique, person-centred approach, we help trainees develop employability and independence skills within a real working bakery environment, while producing high-quality, award-winning products.

The Bakery Lead is responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery during allocated sessions, creating a supportive and productive environment where adults with learning disabilities and differences can develop work-based skills through baking.
