Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations - Perth and Glasgow

Salary: £50,100 - £87100 depending on relevant experience + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12months Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

We are seeking an Inclusion & Diversity Consultant to support the delivery of SSEs Inclusion & Diversity strategy through a 12-month secondment. This is a hands‑on role focused on driving forward key Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) priorities, embedding inclusive practices across the business and supporting leaders to translate strategy into meaningful action.
