We are seeking a committed and compassionate Inclusion Assistant to join our pastoral and inclusion team. This is a highly rewarding role, working closely with the Inclusion Lead and SENCo to support teaching and learning, ensuring that all pupils, particularly those who are vulnerable or have additional needs, are able to thrive.

This is not a narrow support role. You will play an active part in shaping provision, building strong relationships with pupils, and contributing to a culture where every child feels a sense of belonging and can succeed both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the Inclusion Lead and SENCo to support pupils with SEN and additional needs

Provide guidance and support for individuals and small groups under professional direction
