Incharge Rigging/Lifting
to lead high-risk lifting operations across complex, time-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage
  large rigging teams
  — including
  hundreds of riggers and foremen
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting activities
• Prepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures, and equipment checklists
• Ensure
  100% compliance with HSE, lifting codes, and site regulations
• Work closely with project, safety, and crane teams for safe job execution
• Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training when required
• Maintain daily logs, inspections, and rigging equipment status reports
