Join one of Pakistan's leading Industrial Services Divisions, delivering excellence in large-scale Oil & Gas shutdowns and turnarounds. We are looking for a seasoned Incharge Rigging/Lifting to lead high-risk lifting operations across complex, time-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage large rigging teams — including hundreds of riggers and foremen
Plan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting activities
Prepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures, and equipment checklists
Ensure 100% compliance with HSE, lifting codes, and site regulations
Work closely with project, safety, and crane teams for safe job execution
Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training when required
Maintain daily logs, inspections, and rigging equipment status reports
Requirements
Diploma/DAE in Mechanical or related technical field
Rigging Level-III Certification preferred
