Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound collections for an assigned portfolio of customers with delinquent accounts.
Contact customers to secure payment and resolve past-due balances.
Negotiate and establish payment arrangements.
Escalate complex disputes or high-risk collection issues as needed.
Perform credit limit reviews and assessments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Territory Managers, General Sales Managers, and Order-to-Cash teams.
Participate in and/or lead monthly conference calls with field teams.
