**Job Description**

The **IN2WORK Reentry Manager with Aramark Correctional Services** is responsible for championing equitable hiring practices and driving talent placement strategies that support individuals with diverse backgrounds, including those re entering the workforce after incarceration.
This role partners with internal stakeholders to ensure fair access to opportunities, while managing the end-to-end recruitment and placement process for multiple sectors.
