**Job Description**

The Corrections Inmate Worker prepares food items in accordance with OP-X production requirements. Assists with production activities as directed by Aramark Supervisors. Performs various duties in accordance with Aramark sanitation standards.

**Job Responsibilities**

? Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and prep lists according to OP-X standards.
? Implement accurate food handling procedures.
? May be a lead in the storeroom / warehouse
? Maintain accurate inventory levels
? May help ensure accurate pulls
? Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure the stations are accurately cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift. (Including cleaning of kitchen equipment)
? Implement the Correctional Facility security policies related to handling and securing kitchen tools and equipment.
