What will you be doing?

As an In Work Support Mentor, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support to participants who have secured employment.

• Developing solid relationships with both Participants and Employers in the provision of Work Supports.
• Focus on Post Placement Support for all Participants and Site Brokered Employers.
• Maximizing work retention in sustainable employment via timely supports and interventions
• Ensuring that each Outcome type is maximized for positive performance and revenue impacts.
