POSITION SUMMARY

The In-Villa Dining Captain is responsible for leading and coordinating all In-Villa Dining operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless guest experiences across villas, residences, and private accommodations. This role supervises and supports the In-Villa Dining team throughout each service period, ensuring orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Ritz-Carlton and Reserve standards.

The Captain serves as a key point of contact between guests, Culinary, Butler Services, and Food & Beverage teams, anticipating guest preferences and transforming every meal experience into a personalized and memorable occasion.
