We’re on the hunt for a seriously experienced In‑Store Visual Merchandiser / Trainer, to bring Macpac’s North Island stores to life.

This is a fast‑paced hands‑on role, looking after a portfolio of 12 stores. Where you’ll deliver best‑in‑class Visual Merchandising, coaching and inspire teams, taking them on the journey with you.

You’ll thrive on variety and love collaborating with our amazing teams. Supported by an outstanding Manager, while shaping standout visual standards through training, communication and commercial insight (analytical thinking is a big bonus).
