* Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.

* PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.

* New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)

* Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.

* CT reduction and Validation with DOE.

* Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.
