In-line quality controller (floor qc)

We are looking for a highly responsible and process-driven In-Line Quality Controller to strengthen our production floors and ensure zero surprises at final inspection.
This is not just a checking job — this is a floor ownership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand PO-wise quality requirements before production starts
- Review and study buyer specifications, size sets, measurement charts, and tolerance limits
- Take final sample approvals (PP sample / sealed sample / golden sample) before bulk execution
- Clearly communicate QC checkpoints to supervisors and operators
- Conduct in-line inspections during production
- Identify root causes of defects and implement immediate corrective actions
- Maintain daily defect reports and rejection analysis
- Ensure that final inspections are passed consistently — no last-minute panic
