+ Customize pre-approved templates by inputting key details such as names, addresses, rates, and territories

+ Conduct basic contract negotiations related to territories and regional terms

+ Ensure accuracy in contract language, formatting, and rate structures

+ Manage legal billing using LegalTracker software

+ Partner with internal teams to support contract workflows and ensure timely execution
