Import/Export Specialist

We are looking for an Import/Export Specialist to join our Logistics team as a key member reporting to the Logistics Manager. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely customs and transport documentation for all inbound and outbound goods.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Preparing and checking all required customs and transport documents in line with legal regulations.
• Sending customs documentation on time to carriers, customers, suppliers, and other partners.
• Coordinating daily with customs authorities, carriers, and warehouse providers about planned transports and customs clearance for CH/AT/CH traffic.
• Verifying import documents and customs duties provided by suppliers and correcting them according to applicable regulations.
• Supporting the team by covering business hours for goods receipt and goods issue.
• Handling and resolving customs-related complaints in a timely manner.
