Job Description
This role is pivotal in addressing and resolving transportation issues, acting as a liaison between the customer service team and transportation providers. You will be the primary contact between the plant, third-party warehouses, and transportation providers, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with customer service, plant warehouses, third-party warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure excellent service and cost-effective performance.

+ Ensure carrier coverage of all orders in coordination with transportation providers.

+ Manage export shipments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed by the company and freight forwarder/transportation teams.

+ Support freight tendering, order pickup, and execution processes.

+ Assist in document creation and customs clearance procedures.
