Import Specialist (outsourced)

Responsibilities

1. Draft and submit SKI BPOM applications for cosmetic products.
2. Ensure completeness of technical and administrative documents (CoA, MSDS, invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, NIE, etc).
3. Collaborate with importers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth customs clearance.
4. Monitor regulatory updates from BPOM and Customs related to cosmetics imports and provide the report.
5. Monitor importer systems such as CID (Collaborative Import Document) / SAP to coordinate documentation.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, International Trade, or related field). Diploma (D3) are also welcome to apply
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs (BPOM) or import documentation (cosmetics sector preferred)
3. Familiarity with e-BPOM and INSW systems
