Import Sea Operator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Import Sea Operator to join this dynamic freight forwarding team. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational fundamentals who takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and teamwork.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Import Sea shipments
• Monitoring cargo availability and shipment status
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with transport companies
• Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients
• Sending pre-alerts and following up on orders
• Preparation of documentation
• Invoicing and job costing
• Filing and maintaining accurate records
• Any other duties as directed by management

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in Import Sea (Export Sea or Import Air experience may be considered)
• CargoWise experience required...
