Import Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and oversee the full import operations cycle, including SFFLA, customs clearance, costing, and billing for Import Jobs (Consol/FCL/LCL), ensuring efficiency and accuracy in execution.
• Develop and implement import strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline overall operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a seamless import process and superior customer experience.
• Prepare, review, and verify all import documentation including customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide accurate costing, billing, and payment collection support, along with timely submission of Import Consol Profiles, forecasts, budgetary plans, nomination reports, and agent analysis reports to management.
