Key Responsibilities
- Plan imports based on forecast, MRP & ROL
- Create & track Import POs in SAP/ERP
- Coordinate with overseas vendors, CHA & freight forwarders
- Handle import documentation (PI, Invoice, PL, BL/AWB, BOE)
- Manage LC / TT coordination with Finance
- Oversee customs clearance, duty payments & logistics
- Prepare import costing & landed cost sheets
- Support negotiation, cost saving & vendor development
- Ensure closure of rejections, discrepancies & concessions
