Import – Export Staff

I. Job Description

• Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments
• Coordinate domestic delivery, control logistics costs, and manage monthly payments
• Manage and maintain all necessary documentation for the Import-Export department
• Process tax refunds, Certificates of Origin (C/O), re-export/return procedures (if any)
• Consolidate monthly import-export data for reporting purposes

II. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Language: Japanese or English
• Careful, honest, and adaptable to new environments
• Gender: Female

III. Benefits

• Salary: 10 – 16 million VND
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday + 2 Saturdays/month)
