I. Job Description
- Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments
- Coordinate domestic delivery, control logistics costs, and manage monthly payments
- Manage and maintain all necessary documentation for the Import-Export department
- Process tax refunds, Certificates of Origin (C/O), re-export/return procedures (if any)
- Consolidate monthly import-export data for reporting purposes
II. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Language: Japanese or English
- Careful, honest, and adaptable to new environments
- Gender: Female
