**Position Summary**
Responsible for preparing documents for the company's products' import and export.
Must follow up on the monthly reports related to the area.
Main function is to provide assistance to the Import and Export Department.
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Perform daily import and export operations.
- Elaborate the Complementary Bill of Lading for Import and Export movements.
- Work on the revision file, confirming that the part numbers have classification, permission, cost and their Packing List.
- Prepare the complementary Bill of Lading for local warehouse movements, including the preparation of the Packing List.
- Feed the catalog of products and services for the elaboration of the complementary Bill of Lading.
- Perform the SCRAP reports uploading into the SEER Traffic program.
