Mission:

Organize the logistic planning & shipment operations in compliance with the customer commitments, finding the optimal balance between service level, costs and stocks.

Job Description:

• Receiving Shipping Instruction, Booking Confirmation from SMPT
• Input SI, Sales Order, Sales Invoice and Create Delivery Order and post shipment to BC
• Communication and Coordination between Factory, Shipper and SMPT on shipment
• Ensure metal box availability at all factories and establish reporting stock position
• Tracking On Time Delivery and reporting to related parties
• Ensure all export and import documents are completed before EXIM activities
• Prepare and Submit Stock Card Packaging status to all packaging companies
• Upload stuffing confirmation, invoice and EUDR document to Michelin Portal
• Prepare supporting invoice documents to AP booking
